Leadership Development Program 5  

Description

 

The LDP5 course is designed to teach and provide opportunities to create, measure and implement a business plan. Participants will address the key strategic, planning and budgetary issues for implementing a successful business plan and have the opportunity to review the initial stages of their own plans using their own real data.

 
Ideal Participant Profile
  Senior managers and executives responsible for setting strategic planning direction, driving business performance, and business plan implementation.  
Objective
  To prepare managers to define and communicate realistic key initiatives that impact short- and long-term business performance.

Measurement
  We have proven that the best way to determine improvement of new skills and knowledge is to measure progress toward objectives at routine intervals. We recommend measurement tools that serve to reinforce and track progress to mastery during training and post-training as well. The goal of routinely measuring progress is to recognize continuous improvement with positive feedback to the learner as well as provide opportunities for immediate corrective feedback as necessary.
